And you might ask, WTH is Justine Munro? I have to say that I didnt know who she was neither. All I saw was this beautiful blonde girl with amazing abs.
Yes, those are my dream abs. So now you know why I had to buy this magazine.

This workout can be done once or twice per week.
1- 4*15 Leg Extensions
2- 4*15 Leg Curls
3- Superset: 3*20 Leg Presses with 3*15 Smith Machine Lunges with Weight
4- Superset: 3*15 One Leg Lunge Using only body weight, holding onto the smith machine bar with 3*20 Stiff Leg Deadlifts
5- Superset: 3*20 Wide Sumo Squats, holding a dumbell with 3*20 Pop Squats
5*30 Hanging Leg Raises
5*30 Roman Chair Situps
